Women We Love

a live, evolving, participatory social sculpture

’Women We Love’ is a reflection on the women in our lives who have had personal and positive impact.

Audiences are invited to add a woman’s name to the artwork, while also leaving a few simple words describing the importance and meaning this individual has had in their life. The artwork is then periodically embroidered with the names, slowly stitching on the collection, gently accruing the artwork with good feeling.

The piece holds an envisioned collective space, for the women we value.
